Ivory silicone K1 on bungalow

The building was prepared by using a Krend HPX to provide an even colour in the finish. We followed this up with a Silicone K1 top coat in ivory.

Finally we returned, after allowing the render to dry, to give everything a coat of Kpro. This seals the render, increasing it's water resistance and stabilising the colour.
